Horinouchi Myohoji Eho Mairi no Zu Pilgrimage to Myohoji in Horinouchi, Edo. Edo period (1615-1868). ca. 1804. Two sheets of a pentaptych of polychrome woodblock prints; ink and color on paper. H. 14 3/8 in. (36.5 cm); W. 19 in. (48.3 cm). . These two prints, the rightmost of a set of five, illustrate a group of women paying homage at Myohoji temple, which is dedicated to the founder of the Nichiren sect.
