"Cagoulards der Börse" ["Cagoulards of the Stock Exchange"]. 1938. Cagoulards were members of the French fascist organization 'La Cagoule' (Secret Committee of Revolutionary Action) in the 1930's. They received the name Cagoulards from the French word cagoule, a hood with openings for the eyes, worn by members of the organization at secret meetings.
