Grand stairway. Royal Palace of Caserta. This Rococo palace was built by Luigi and Carlo Vanvitelli in 1752-74, for the Bourbon kings of the Two Sicilies. The palace was used as a film location for the Palace of Queen Amidala in Naboo and of Queen Jamilla in two episodes of Star Wars.
