West facade, central portal. The cathedral was built from 1215 to the 1540s, mostly in Gothic style. The central portal, seen here, is composed of physically disparate sections, that were built until around 1400. The tympanum features the Last Judgment, and the archivolts - scenes from the lives of the apostles.
