Bourne, Samuel (1834-1912)
A photograph of the Red Fort in Delhi, India. The Red Fort is one of the most spectacular pieces of Mughal Dynasty architecture. Built by the emperor Shah Jahan between 1638 and 1648, the walls are two kilometres long. Here, Bourne has captured the scale of the fort and the barren landscape that surrounds it. Kodak Collection.
