Pair of royal finger rings. Æthelwulf ring: Laverstock, Wiltshire, 828-858 CE. Æthelswith ring: Aberford, West Yorkshire. Each engraved with the name of an Anglo-Saxon ruler of the royal house of Wessex. They are often considered as a pair.
