Pavilion of Ten Thousand Springs (Wanchunting), Imperial Garden (Yu Huan Yuan), Imperial Palace (Forbidden City), Beijing. The Imperial Garden was originally laid out in 1417 by emperor Yongle. It underwent modifications and additions during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The statue of Guan Yu, god of the military and a famous general of the Three Kingdom Period was honored in this pavilion.
