Luny, Thomas (1759-1837)
'Westminster Bridge and the Burning of the Houses of Parliament from Lambeth', 1835. People watch the smoke and flames from boats on the River Thames, others seem to be moving barrels on the bank. To the right are Westminster Hall and Westminster Abbey. The fire at London's centre of government took place on the 16th October, 1834.
