Syndicate Trust Building, St Louis, Missouri, USA, 1910. Vintage postcard showing the exterior of the Syndicate Trust Building, home of the Scruggs-Vandervoort-Barney Department Store. Designed by Harry Roach and built in 1907, the building became vacant in 1967 after the store closed. It was converted between 2006-2008 and now houses condominiums and apartments, with retailing at street level.
