This 22-storey Beaux-Arts skyscraper was designed by Staats, Sanguinet and Hedrick for businessman Ross S Sterling to serve as the offfices of his newspaper, the Houston Post-Dispatch. Completed in 1926, it is now a hotel. The postcard describes the building as one of Houston's newest structures and home of radio station KPRC.
