It features a montage of the first three Kings of the Belgians, Leopold I (1790-1865), Leopold II (1835-1909) and Albert I (1875-1934). In the foreground is Albert's Queen, Elisabeth of Bavaria (1876-1965) and their two eldest children, the future King Leopold III (1901-1983) and Prince Charles, Count of Flanders (1903-1983).
