Knightsbridge, London, c1882-c1904. The main building on the left is the Hyde Park Hotel at No 66. Built in 1882 by Archer and Green, it was originally an apartment block before being converted into a hotel after a fire. Harvey Nichols department store stands on the opposite side of the street. All the traffic in the busy street is horse drawn.
