Sir Peter Temple, 17th century English judge.c Sir Peter Temple (c1599-1663) was one of the judges at the trial of King Charles I and was one of the signatories of his death warrant. After the Restoration he was sentenced to death, commuted to life imprisonment. He died in the Tower of London.
