Sir Walter Raleigh's house, Youghal, County Cork, Ireland, 1924-1926. After being involved in the suppression of the Desmond Rebellions in Ireland in 1579-1583, Sir Walter Raleigh was given substantial lands in Munster, including the towns of Lismore and Youghal.
