The four Royal Navy warships were captured by the Dutch under Michiel de Ruyter at the Four Days Battle, an engagement fought off the North Foreland from 1-4 June 1666 during the Second Anglo-Dutch War. Found in the collection of the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam.
