The New Waldorf Astoria Hotel, New York City, New York, USA, 1933. Vintage linen postcard showing the New Waldorf Astoria Hotel which occupies the entire block at Park Avenue and 50th Street. The building was designed in Art Deco style by Schultze and Weaver and was completed in 1931. The hotel had previously occupied the Fifth Avenue site on which the Empire State Building stands.
