Louis Lepine, French, French lawyer and politician, 1911. Lepine (1846-1933) was appointed Prefect of Police for the departement of Seine in 1892. He founded the Musee de la Prefecture de Police, a museum of police history, in Paris for the Universal Exposition of 1900.
