Edward of Norwich, (1793). Edward of Norwich, 2nd Duke of York and 1st Duke of Aumale (1373-1415) died at the Battle of Agincourt. Edward was the major English casualty in that battle. Trampled in the fray, he died of suffocation beneath a pile of men and horses.
