Green and aubergine dragon saucer, Kangxi period, Qing dynasty, China, 1662-1722. A green and aubergine five-clawed imperial dragon saucer on imperial yellow ground. The two dragons are chasing a single flaming pearl in the central aubergine bordered medallion. The reverse has four bunches of grapes and vine leaves pendulant from an aubergine line surrounding the rim on imperial yellow ground. The base has a six character kaishu mark of Kangxi in aubergine.
