Yixing teapot, Qing dynasty, China, mid-19th century. Small Yixing teapot of flattened conical shape. The entire vessel is mounted in pewter with jade mounts on lid, spout and handle. The piece is decorated on the exterior with bamboo and prunus spray and couplet signed by Bulong. The interior has an inward-facing maker's studio mark 'Wah Kai Siu Uk' in seal script.
