The 'Super Chief' was the flagship train service of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad, operating between Chicago and Los Angeles. The train first ran in 1936 and the service continued until 1971. The 'Super Chief' was known as the train of the stars' because of the many celebrities that used it.
