Wreckage of the aeroplane in which French pilot Adolphe Pegoud was killed in action, 1915. Pegoud was a test pilot for Bleriot before World War I and in 1913 became the first pilot to intentionally perform aerobatics. His exploits in the First World War earned him numerous citations.
