Cherubs and column of flames on the funerary monument of Francois II, 1544-60, king of France 1559-60, son of Henri II and Catherine de Medici, where his heart was buried, made 1572 by Primaticcio, in marble, originally from the Eglise des Celestins in Paris and moved to Saint-Denis in 1818, in the Basilique Saint-Denis, Paris, France. In front is the effigy of Isabelle of Aragon, 1247-71, wife of Philip III the Bold, made 1275 in marble. On the right is the effigy of Clovis II.
