The complex includes a 12th century round tower, High Cross, Romanesque chapel, 13th century Gothic cathedral, 15th century castle and the restored Hall of the Vicars Choral. According to legend, St Patrick converted Aenghus, King of Munster to christianity here in the 5th century AD. The current buildings date to the 12th and 13th centuries. Picture by Manuel Cohen
