Crucifixion, fresco painted 1341-47, by Puccio Capanna, originally in the Oratory of St Rufinuccio Fraternity and detached in 1955 (the sinopia still remain), now in the Confraternity Room of the Assisi Diocesan Museum, or Museo Diocesano e Cripta di San Rufino, Assisi, Umbria, Italy. This painting is known for the emotive expressions on the faces of the Virgin and saints.
