Portraits of Nectanebos and Peleus, father of Achilles, tempera painting on paper, c. 1470, originally decorating the wooden ceiling of a 15th century house in the town, demolished 1970, in the Museo Storico Archeologico, or Museo Castelgrande, in Castelgrande, a large defensive medieval castle in the Old Town of Bellinzona, Ticino, Switzerland. A fortification has been in place here since the 1st century BC, although the current buildings date from the 12th and 15th centuries. The castle is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
