Loading Vickers-Vimy aircraft 'City of London' with motorbike frames for Cologne, c1919-c1929(?). The Vickers-Vimy was a British heavy bomber aircraft of the First World War. It was used for long distance flights in the interwar period. In 1919 British aviators John Alcock and Arthur Whitten Brown made the first successful transtlantic flight in one of the aircraft.
