Blue and white dish with dragon design, China, 1683-1700. Qing dynasty shallow square dish, the corners of which are squared off with scalloped edge. The centre has two four-clawed two-horned dragons, one rising and the other descending, both amid clouds with a flaming pearl in the centre. The edges have elongated bordered panels containing four-clawed dragons. The reverse with four lotus sprays on each side, the squared corners with flaming pearls.
