Jade group of two cats at play, Ming dynasty, China, 1368-1644. A jade pebble group of two cats playing. One cat is rubbing its head against the neck of the other which uses its paw to push the first cat away. The tails of both are freestanding, one of which curls round one of its back paws. The jade is of lychee flesh colour with orange skin highlighting details.
