Dehua blue and white tripod bowl, China, mid-late 17th century. Early Qing dynasty three-legged circular bulb bowl with flat rim and zigzag border. The body is decorated in pale silvery tones with four groups: two pairs of birds, rock and magnolia and prunus tree; peonies and two ho-ho birds; storks and pine; and two mandarin ducks and lotus.
