Nave, Marienkirche, Berlin, Germany
Nave of the Marienkirche or St Mary's Church, begun in the 13th century but fully restored in 1950, Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse, Berlin, Germany. The nave has vaulted ceilings, 2 side aisles and a central pulpit. After the war, the pulpit was moved forward from the second pillar to the fifth pillar and several pews were realigned to face it, as seen here. Picture by Manuel Cohen
