Sculpted stone decoration showing a winged female figure with a dragon suckling her from outside the main door separating the terrace from the Trading Hall or Hall of the Columns at La Lonja de la Seda or the Silk Exchange, Valencia, Spain. Built 1482-1533 by Pere Compte, Johan Yvarra, Johan Corbera and Domingo Urtiaga, the Silk Exchange is a masterpiece of late Gothic architecture. It was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996.
