This is possibly Jenny the orangutan that Charles Darwin saw at London Zoo in 1838, In 1838 London Zoo acquired it's first Orangutan, which was given the name Jenny. On 28 March 1838, Charles Darwin came to the London Zoo to visit Jenny and was profoundly moved by the experience. Author John Fillinham.
