Vicens House, Barcelona, Spain, 2007. Artist: Samuel Magal
Vicens House, Barcelona, Spain, 2007. This house was built between 1883 and 1888 as the summer villa of Manuel Vicens i Montaner. The family owned a ceramic factory, a fact that reflects in the ceramic decoration of the facade. The interior atmosphere has some influence of Mudejar (Moorish) architecture. The house was added to UNESCO's 'Works of Antoni Gaudi' World Heritage Sites in 2005.
