The Manchu army takes Liaoyang
The Manchu army takes Liaoyang, Nurhaci on horseback and attended by soldiers carrying elaborate canopies, supervises the attack on the city of Liaoyang, Liaoyang province. It is defended by cannon mounted on wheels. A facsimile of the 1781 edition of the Manzhou shilu, illustrated description of the life of Nurhaci (1559-1626), whose descendants completed the conquest of China and the establishment of the Qing dynasty, 1644-1911.
