The Lantern, Walmer Castle, Kent, c2000s(?). Walmer Castle was one of the coastal Device Forts built by Henry VIII. It became the official residence of the Warden of the Cinque Ports, of which the Duke of Wellington was one in the 19th century. The Lantern is a circular room on the first floor of the castle.
