The Jewel Tower, Westminster, London, c2000s(?). View of the Tower from the east. The Jewel Tower or 'King's Privy Wardrobe', was built c1365 to house Edward III's treasures. It is one of two buildings from the medieval Palace of Westminster that survived the fire of 1834.
