Westminster Abbey, London, c1990-2010. A front view of the west elevation at night of large, mainly Gothic abbey church in the City of Westminster, London. Dating from 960, it was rebuilt in 1517 with 18th century towers added. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and Grade I listed building. Construction of the present church was begun in 1245 by Henry III who selected the site for his burial.
