Also buried here are his mother-in-law Dame Judith Thornhill, (wife of Sir James Thornhill), Anne Hogarth, (sister of William Hogarth), and Jane Hogarth, (wife of William Hogarth). Included in the description of the inscriptions is a poem by Hogarth's friend the actor David Garrick.
