'St Magnus, London Bridge, The Steeple', mid-late 19th century. One of a set of views of baroque London churches. The church of St Magnus the Martyr in Lower Thames Street in the City of London was rebuilt by Christopher Wren after the previous church on the site was destroyed in the Great Fire of 1666. The building was complete by 1676.
