Phaedra declaring her love for Hippolytus accompanied by a cupid and her nurse, relief detail from the sarcophagus of Phaedra and Hippolytus, imported from Greece and finished in Arles by a Gallo-Roman sculptor, marble, mid 3rd century AD, in the Musee de l'Arles Antique, an archaeological museum built 1995 by Henri Ciriani and extended in 2013, at Arles, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France.
