Venus, goddess of love and beauty, Gallo-Roman statuette, white clay, in the Musee Vesunna, Perigueux, Dordogne, France. The Vesunna Gallo-Roman Museum was built by Jean Nouvel and opened in 2003, to protect and house the excavated remains of the Vesunna domus and exhibit artefacts from the region.
