Passerelle de la Moselle, a steel footbridge crossing the middle of the Bassin de la Villette or La Villette Basin, between the Quai de la Loire and the Quai de la Seine, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, France. The original bridge was designed by Armand Moisant in 1882 by was replaced in 1966. The basin is a large artificial lake linking the Canal de l'Ourcq to the Canal Saint-Martin, dug in the early 19th century and filled in 1808 to provide the city of Paris with fresh drinking water.
