Passerelle des Ardennes, a pedestrian footbridge originally built as a railway bridge over the Canal de l'Ourcq at the Bassin de la Villette or La Villette Basin, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, France. The basin is a large artificial lake linking the Canal de l'Ourcq to the Canal Saint-Martin, dug in the early 19th century and filled in 1808 to provide the city of Paris with fresh drinking water.
