Byron Company (New York, N.Y.)
City Beautiful Campaign (N.Y. Herald) Scene in Front of 822 Tenth Avenue April 29th 1900.
There is an open carriage with four horses, holding a driver in front and seven well-dressed men with blankets covering their laps, stopped by the curb of a street laid with Belgian Brick. The street level of all the buildings have stores, but there is only clearly visible shop, a liquor store. On the side of one of the buildings is a large painted advertisement for Pearline Washing Compound.
