Trial of French members of the Gestapo, Paris, 1-12 December 1944. The defendants, from left to right, are Henri Lafont, Pierre Bonny and Paul Clavie, Lafont's nephew. They are defended by Messrs Floriot, Delaunay and Casanova. Bonny, a police inspector before the war, was apprehended on 18 September 1944 disguised as a tramp. The three were found guilty of collaboration and executed on 27 December.
