Vintage linen postcard showing a bird's eye view of the Ice Skating Rink located in the shadows of the Rockefeller Center skyscrapers. This famous Art Deco complex is made up of several buildings, fourteen of them built between 1931 and 1939. American industrialist John D Rockefeller (1839-1937) financed the project. The ice rink opened in 1936.
