Temple of the Dioscuri Castor and Pollux, Agrigento. This Archaic Doric hexastyle peripteral temple was built in the 5th century BCE. It has been heavely restored in Hellenistic times. The dedication to the Dioscuri is disputed, it seems more likely that the temple was part the sanctuary of Demetra and Kore.
