Nasrid Palaces, the Mexuar Palace, Oratory. The Nasrid Palaces were several palaces connected together. The construction of the Mexuar Oratory is attributed to Isma'il (1314-1325). The room was used by the Sultan, his family and the Court for praying. The walls are covered with stucco that includes a holy text from the Koran and praises by Muhammad V, as well as floral and geometric themes.
