The Lycurgus Cup. 4th CE. Probably made in Rome. The cup shows the moment when Lycurgus is entrapped by the maenad Ambrosia in form of a vine. Dichroic glass cup with a mythological scene, the only complete example of this very special type of glass, which changes colour when held up to the light.
